Coming Soon from Red Scarf

Exciting new music for publication later this year- soon to be available here..

A new Christmas Cantata: Star Songs

Premiered by The Nantwich Singers in 2024, this new three-movement work celebrates the arrival of the Bethlehem Star. Two sparking settings of 17th Century texts for SATB and piano; Out of the Orient, Crystal Skies and The Star Song; are linked by a new a cappella setting of the Advent antiphon, O Oriens. A centrepiece for your Christmas concert.

Beware the Jabberwock, my son..

A brand-new setting of Lewis Carroll’s famous poem for TTBB choir and piano. Commissioned by one of the UK’s leading male voice choirs, Jabberwocky is a piece of choral theatre that will have audiences on the edge of their seats.

Call my True Love to my Dance

A new dance music-inspired setting of Tomorrow shall be my dancing day for a cappella SATB choir. Premiered in Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin by Mornington Singers in 2024, Dancing Day combines funk and disco-inspired riffs to create dynamic choral textures that support a catchy, dancing melody line. Watch for this on Red Scarf in good time for next Christmas…
