Meet Ian

Ian Crawford is a composer and conductor currently based in London and in the North West.

Ian’s compositions and arrangements are regularly performed worldwide. His arrangement of the Sussex Carol (pub. OUP 2017) was an Editor’s Choice at JW Pepper and was performed by choirs across the USA.  His compositions for SATB choir have been featured on BBC television and RTE One. His latest carol setting, Adam lay ybounden, was the winning entry in the Bach Choir’s Sir David Willcocks Carol Competition 2025.
